We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- Shipping confirmation email
- Tracking number
- Link to track your package

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at contact@nylro.comΒ Once an order is dispatched, we cannot modify the address.
Packaging
Your crochet clothing will be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit:
- Items are folded and wrapped in tissue paper
- Shipped in protective poly mailers or boxes
- Eco-friendly packaging materials when possible
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it:
1. Check with neighbors or building management
2. Verify the delivery address
3. Contact us within 48 hours at contact@nylro.com
We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged:
1. Take photos of the packaging and item
2. Contact us immediately at contact@nyrlo.com
3. We'll arrange a replacement or refund
Delays
While rare, delays can occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier issues
- Peak shopping periods
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we'll investigate.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom. We're working to expand our shipping options in the future.
Customs & Duties
Not applicable as we only ship within the UK.
