You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases. By using our site, you confirm you meet this requirement or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us immediately at contact@nylro.com of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use our site for unlawful purposes, violate any laws or regulations, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit viruses or malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or scrape or copy site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Products and Descriptions
We sell women's clothing and accessories. We make every effort to describe products, materials, colours, and sizing accurately; each product page states the item's composition and care instructions. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. If an item you receive does not match its description, you may return it under our Return and Refund Policy. We reserve the right to correct errors in product information.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£). Articope Ltd is not currently registered for VAT; no VAT is charged or shown on our prices. Delivery is free on all UK orders. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Availability
Products are subject to availability and we may limit quantities. If an item becomes unavailable after you purchase it, we will notify you and issue a full refund without delay.
Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email; this confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before dispatch — for example, due to stock unavailability, a pricing error, or suspected fraud — and may require additional verification for some orders. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the total order amount.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to United Kingdom addresses only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered by tracked standard delivery within 3–5 business days of dispatch, free of charge. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when we receive payment in full. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but if your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will investigate.
Returns and Refunds
Your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, our 30-day returns policy, and your rights regarding faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: 30-day return window; items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached; the customer pays return postage for change-of-mind returns; we pay return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
Intellectual Property
All content on nylro.com — product images and descriptions, the Nylro name and logo, website design and code, text and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Articope Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without prior written permission.
Our Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law — including your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, for losses not caused by our breach, or for business losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use of our website, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The data controller is Articope Ltd (Company No. 13077351).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales — except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If we cannot resolve a complaint directly, you may seek advice from your local Citizens Advice.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
